Our meats are crafted by Wilhelm Zabern, a Master of Meats and Fleischer Meister from Austria, who has spent over 35 years in New Zealand, now working with his son Marc to create delicious products that are naturally processed, clean label meats that are ready to eat and bring joy to your palate.
We stand firm in our commitment to natural, clean ingredients. Our meats contain no pork, artificial chemicals, colouring, flavours, or preservatives. We also exclude adding sodium nitrates or nitrites, gluten, and soy from our products.

Creating products at an MPI Certified processing plant in Kaipara Heads, Auckland we take pride in producing naturally processed, clean label meats. Our meat products, crafted with care, are Halal suitable, ensuring a diverse range for our customers.
